Select the Black Magic card installed on the system. Then select the resolution and frame rate from the drop down menu.
You can check the card you have installed via the Black Magic Media Xpress application.
Select record to see the incoming video signal and make sure of the correct resolution and frame rate (found in the lower left corner of the application).
